EBT deadline extended

The Kansas Summer EBT program allows Kansas kids who are income-eligible for free and reduced-price school meals, to receive $120 in grocery assistance. Applications for this program have extended to OCTOBER 15, so we are working even harder to ensure every family eligible knows they can apply.

Summer EBT is available to all Kansas school children who are income-eligible to receive free and reduced-price meals during the school year. While many children were auto-issued for these benefits, plenty more can receive it, but only by completing an online form. Forms must be submitted by October 15, through the Department for Children and Families (DCF) website at www.dcfapp.kees.ks.gov.

More information can be found through DCF’s Summer EBT fact sheet, found here.
